I work with groups and individuals to explore and solve issues they cannot resolve on their own.  My approach is rooted in the simple conviction that the most significant barriers and vital opportunities within an organization are always found in the people.  As such, meaningful change happens when we thoughtfully encounter the inner workings of a given issue determined by the people who define it.  Through intelligent research, careful assessment, facilitation and advising, we untangle the often unconscious factors at play in interpersonal and organizational dynamics that contribute to a given issue. From there, we pursue solutions that were not previously available or maybe even thought possible.

Executive Advising

Executive Advising provides CEOs and business leaders with a unique opportunity to confront challenges and assess opportunities with a confidant and thought partner.  This offering is fueled by a unique understanding of human motivation and behavior as it functions inside of an organization or team.

At some point, most leaders will face a constellation of challenges that they cannot fully address on their own.

These issues can be internal or external, and are often both.

At these times, a trusted advisor is vital for progress.

I create and support a one-on-one environment in which leaders can meaningfully address the critical, practical questions:  what is working, where do I want to go, and what is getting in the way?

Leadership Development

The leadership system may be the most vital foundation for the success of an organization.  But when leaders face seemingly insurmountable team issues, the whole business is affected adversely.  

This work is especially beneficial at times of significant change, as a new group is forming, or as a team adjusts to major shifts in the structure of an organization.   

It can include individual assessments, individual or group development plans, coaching, offsite work, and ongoing opportunities for evaluation of progress based on the unique needs of the organization.

A premium is placed on removing obstacles to collaboration and effective execution while cultivating behaviors that reflect the critical priorities of the business.  

Mindfulness

Mindfulness work provides groups and individuals with access to the most important, current thinking on mindfulness as well as practical tools to help businesses infuse their daily work with clearer thinking and more intentional execution.

Programs are tailored to the needs of the organization and can include individual mindfulness training, group workshops, or speaking engagements.

This work looks at the root causes of challenges around communication, collaboration, conflict, and managing change.

Participants leave with insights and practices that can realize greater productivity, reduce stress, increase creativity and improve collaboration in even the most challenging environments.
